The Metadata Key field causes the whole Chrome window to freeze up. I have to restart the browser session. This happens if I click on the Key 1 field first and then click away to another browser window. Workaround: do not click away first, just type something first.

The browser kept on crashing when I tried to add the metadata to the instance. I had to do it via the gcloud cli instead. The lab instructions kept on freezing too.
