Il y a eu des erreurs à la création du pods nginx car on n'avait pas défini le nombre minimum d'instance. Puis d'autres erreurs dans la commande kubectl top car les métriques n'étaient pas disponible et dans la déploiement du deuxième pods car il n'y avait pas assez de cpu... Mais ça a fini par fonctionner.
