There are some bugs, it doesn't work on helm3, or helm template needs to be fixed（rolebiding.yaml, role.yaml）.

I don't know the cause, but I can't create the credencial information because `./bootstrap-workshop.sh` doesn't work well. And I also can't install the `kops` command well. After getting the result of, I decided to restart lab from the beginning several times. `$ kubectl get crds -n istio-system | grep'istio.io\|certmanager.k8s.io' | wc -l 0`
