I'm getting "The connection to the server 34.70.203.95 was refused" error when the provided script is trying to install the Istio CRDs for the last 40 minutes. It's Task 1. I tried to use the chat feature, but ran past my lunch break. I'll try again and hope I get a different environment that will work. The error was coming up after it switched to the "remote" context and tried to do that part of the installation

kops did not create a remote.context file. I had to figure out how to create one to get it working. Had lots of issues with variables being reset to empty. Had to execute individual scripts manually from the bootstrap script because the script kept logging the console out.

This still seems a kludge. You only see a deployment but it is not possible to understand and get a feel of how you would do it
