[DEPRECATED] AHYBRID070 Configuring GKE for Multi-Cluster Operation with Istio Reviews

The environment didn't have a cluster, so I couldn't proceed. I'll try the lab again and see if it was just a fluke. The second time around I found workarounds for the first issue, but found many others. This lab needs attention.
