I could not find the field "enable flow logs". I had to do step 5 to enable the flow logs and had to enable the API.

Good Lab, Better clarification on the navigation of the UI, like click on the (+) - there was many (+) may be screens with this (+); but that also tests the users ability to navigate - so audience matters.
