The web-server was broken. I cannot start an SSH to the server after multiple attempts and server restarted. I end-up 1) Force Disable OS Login and Append the Key and 2) Use an IAP Tunnel to Connect Natively , to get myself to the vm.

Lab not working. Unable to SSH into VM ven though firewall rule is configured It finally worked on 4th or 5th attempt.
