The steps involving the Log Viewer is not updated. It's already LOG EXPLORER in the GCP Console. Took me sometime to figure out there was a way to view legacy Log Viewer

Minues are not the same and I didn't find the GCP sebnet option after I have downgrade to the log viewer. the data didn't exported to the bigdata and there is record of log but I don't know why it didn't.
