The BigQuery table is not created from the sink. The Log Router shows 0 bytes after several tests. Perhaps a destination region needs to be added in the sink configuration

After creating the sink to bigquery, it was needed to grant access to the service account of vpc flows, otherwise it would not write to BQ: gcloud projects add-iam-policy-binding qwiklabs-gcp-00-33499d6863d2 \ --member='serviceAccount:service-160868822000@gcp-sa-logging.iam.gserviceaccount.com' \ --role='roles/bigquery.dataEditor' gcloud projects add-iam-policy-binding qwiklabs-gcp-00-33499d6863d2 \ --member='serviceAccount:service-160868822000@gcp-sa-logging.iam.gserviceaccount.com' \ --role='roles/bigquery.jobUser'
