I don't think this lab particularly shows anything new. It *says* it has statefullness, but we don't actually demonstrate that. Sure, if I understood mongo I could probably work something out for myself, but I don't. Charge more credits is you have to, but lets have a demonstration of why storing state might be useful in a stateless environment.

Apparently after scaling back to 3 replicas, the persistent volumes stuck around, I saw that when I was executing the cleanup instructions.
