Creating a Persistent Disk avis

There was a moment when I tried to create a VM instance in a designated zone, but it kept saying that the zone is full, which I had to either wait and try again or try a different zone. When I tried a different zone, it was able to create the instance, but the checkmark wasn't checked. The allocated zone's spaces should be considered better.
