Failed to finish because provided commands (ssh to VM and everything afterwards) were not working. I tried to SSH via UI, IAP connection, resetting metadatea, I do not know if this was a mistake on my end, or bad resources were created, but it left me upset. "While the network is open, your user account doesn't have the specific IAM permission to use IAP, or (more likely in a lab) the Firewall Rule allowing IAP traffic hasn't been created."
