[DEPRECATED] Run a Big Data Text Processing Pipeline in Cloud Dataflow Reviews

While my job was running in the cloud shell, I navigated to Dataflow in the GUI and could not get past a dialogue asking me to "Try Dataflow" or "Learn more". There was no recognition that I was already running a Dataflow job, despite the fact that it was actively running in Cloud Shell and I was in the same project still. I could not progress past this point. Also, the API Dashboard no longer matches the screenshots in the tutorial, which caused some confusion/delay while confirming the APIs were enabled.
