In train-deploy.ipynb notebook BQ query is trying to use babyweight dataset, but there is error saying that there is no such dataset and in lab there is no information about importing or loading such dataset.

In the Jupyter Lab I selected us-west region and turns out everything else would have worked (central, east) but us-west, so I was not able to deploy the model. I'd be good to warn people. 2. Tensorflow does support AMD through ROCm - TF 1.8 since 2018 Aug (!!!), TF 2.0 as well
