A lot of errors in this one "Please add timezone info to timestamps.". And it should say which regions you can chose from before you get an error for chosing "europe-west4-a" as os.environ['REGION'].

The commands in the notebook printed out a lot of deprecation warnings and even a stack trace so that was a lot of distracting noise.
