Some localization issues within Datalab Notebook that gets in the way when we want to present visualized results to C-levels. These seemed have been cleared in the second try.

At the next attempt I was more patient. The estimation in the instructions that datalab will take up to 5 minutes to load was optimistic. It was more like 15..20 minutes. But I managed to click through the stuff in time (on the second attempt -- on the first attempt I just killed the session as it felt it is just frozen).
