I bumped into an issue https://github.com/googleapis/google-cloud-python/issues/10471 when I executed ``` !pip install --upgrade google-cloud-bigquery !pip install --upgrade google-cloud-bigquery-storage ``` and couldn't go further. Waste of time!!!
