I ran the command twice and confirmed that the graph under "policy" exceeded the threshold. I did not receive any email and no incident was posted. Please contact the "Alerting" feature team to tell them their product is broken. For the course, please explain what the "Rolling window function" means. What does "rate" do? The metric is already a rate. Is this supposed to be the second derivative then?
