I was not able to complete it, at the end I got this message even though I followed all instructions: Virtual Machine deployment failed "europe-west1" violates constraint "constraints/gcp.resourceLocations" on the resource "projects/qwiklabs-gcp-01-458cadb7ee89/locations/europe-west1/deployments/lamp-one". I was deploying in europe-west3-a as instructed.

This lab is not working in asia-southeast1-c region. or this is some issue with the lab for India location.
