lab got stuck around 3 times in failed deployment which lead to lose 15 credits because of this

The lamp-1 deployment failed, and I was unable to complete the lab. I successfully deployed lamp-2, but the lab did not recognize it, presumably since it wasn't named lamp-1. I had to end the lab and will retry it. The second attempt at the lab was successful. However, there is no site url link, or I didn't see it. I used the external IP as the url and it worked.
