Check progress didn't work. I had to do it 4-5 times in order to work the last check. I don't know if has anything to do with the fact that it worked, but last time I followed a video received from the support team and the only different thing I did compared to the previous tries, it was that I refreshed the lab page before starting to follow the steps from "Verify the connection of Pods in StatefulSets"
