Build stage failed with error "ERROR [5/5] RUN pip install -r requirements.txt ". No matching distribution found for Flask 3

The requiriments.txt uses flask 3.0.0 and fails in installing. Had to chage it to 2.2.5 and it was fixed.

Docker file has an error, requested python version doesn't woek with the requirements file, Had to change reuitements file to remove the flask version for it to be installed
