great! i had to change the e2 instance image arch to x86 (there was an arm64 available with same name) that did not allow to manage the server as instructions tell

I had to restart the VM in the console to continue with the server config. The first time I tried, there wasn't a var/www/html directory and the apache2 server had not been installed.
