Couldn't provision the jupyter notebook: "instance-20230808-115357: The zone 'projects/qwiklabs-gcp-02-cca5f1dc5f80/zones/us-west1-a' does not have enough resources available to fulfill the request. Try a different zone, or try again later.: Something went wrong. Sorry about that."
