Lab is not working properly, please fix it

None of the dataflow pipelines could start, due to continious ZONE_RESOURCE_POOL_EXHAUSTED even after several attempts. Startup of the worker pool in zone us-central1-c failed to bring up any of the desired 1 workers. Please refer to https://cloud.google.com/dataflow/docs/guides/common-errors#worker-pool-failure for help troubleshooting. ZONE_RESOURCE_POOL_EXHAUSTED: Instance 'my-pipeline-1697053969093-10111252-7yf8-harness-7qc0' creation failed: The zone 'projects/qwiklabs-gcp-04-888d25d7de68/zones/us-central1-c' does not have enough resources available to fulfill the request. Try a different zone, or try again later.

1. The last blue [Check Progress] button did not work, while clicking on the right side orange slider and click on check progress for the same task worked fine. 2. Instructions for Task 2, Task 4 were not clear.
