most of the labs are timed about right - i have no idea why this is 2 hours its such a simple lab took 40m

pretty neat, but we spent too much time in provisioning. It didn't indicate why we needed a separate VM in this lab vs a cloud console in others (I'm guessing it was to allow running the simulation with the other window up as well).
