It was pretty good. I would have been quite lost had I not already spent a lot of time learning Docker and Docker Swarm. I think some previous Kubernetes exposure would be quite helpful. It is nice to know that Docker comes pre-installed as is Kubernetes and that Google makes it so easy to use the two together on GCP. I am a little concerned that the lab uses a somewhat outdated version of Docker but I understand it is so that we can use gcloud to get around authentication issues and make the lab simpler.
