Good instructions, however the Service Config created fails to return any results when evaluated.

No progress checkpoints feel awkward for a Lab. Also, just mentioning where a model different than recent items would be configured feels lacking; may be you could include a pre-trained different model, and show how that particular model was configured? Also, I guess I'm having some issues to show relevant products being outside of US, but that's a wild guess.
