I encountered a billing error stating 'Ask your admin to enable billing to use required APIs' when trying to use the lab's provisioned APIs. Separately, when using Agent Studio with the gemini-3.6-flash model, I received a 'prompt can't be saved' error citing token limit/parameter issues — this occurred immediately upon opening the lab, before I made any changes to the prompt or settings. This suggests a pre-existing configuration issue with the lab template rather than user error.
