Es un laboratorio muy bueno e inmersivo a las configuraciones de Vertex AI. Se debe actualizar el nombre de la plataforma a Agent Plataform en la guía del curso

It is my duty to report a significant deviation in this lab. Executing this module currently equates to attempting to construct a complex civil infrastructure using obsolete conceptual blueprints, while the field (the live platform) already features advanced structural modifications. This synchronization gap negatively impacts the learning curve and user productivity. Technical Findings and Deviations (UI vs. Manual) State and Context Management (Few-Shot Prompting): The instructions omit a fundamental technical requirement of the current version. The manual fails to specify that injecting structured training examples (the Example button) requires a clean initial state (clean chat). In the live UI, the system correctly locks this function if the context has already been altered, creating a bottleneck for users following the manual literally. Module Refactoring (Multimedia Generation): The interface architecture has been optimized, decoupling generative capabilities (Imagen 4, Chirp 3) into independent modules. The navigation paths documented in the lab are "dead ends" that no longer correspond to the current topology of the Google Cloud console. Premature Resource Exhaustion (API Quota): The friction generated by outdated documentation forces the user to perform multiple trial-and-error tests. This translates into unnecessary API calls, rapidly exhausting the allocated project budget ("Quota has been exhausted") and halting execution before reaching the final certification milestone. Strategic Recommendation It is imperative to implement continuous integration (CI/CD) practices not only for the platform's codebase but also for its support documentation. Training labs must reflect the exact As-Built blueprints of the current GUI. Providing precise instructions is not merely an added value; it is the fundamental foundation for ensuring digital maturity and the efficient adoption of enterprise-level artificial intelligence.
