Didn't have the access I needed and the lab timed out on me

The content is clear and useful, but the instructions on how to start the lab and end the lab are not clear enough. For example, before I ended the lab by clicking the red "end" button, I received an e-mail that said I had a score of 0%,while the lab page showed a score of 100/100.
