Took to long to install dependencies and run code. Very buggy, needs a review. Had to pip3 install apache-beam[gcp] myself

Couldn't install apache-beam version. It constantly occured an error on dependencies instalation. Tried to use the latest version, but only worked for the local dataflow pipeline
