version 1.7.14-gke.1 need to be updated to something like 1.9.6-gke.1

Cluster version 1.7.14-gke.1 gives an error (no such version exists); had to change it to 1.7.15-gke.0

Had to change the cluster version at one step (as one specified was invalid) otherwise lab worked fine
