There at the step "Create the ConfigMap", one should run "kubectl create -f configmaps/opentsdb-config.yaml", but it throuoghs an error: "The connection to the server localhost:8080 was refused - did you specify the right host or port?" To avoid it one needs to go to Kubernetes engine on GCP -> clusters, and click connect to your cluster. The everything wors. The lab does not say it.
