had the issue that app engine selected europe-west4 where app engine was not available

When lab provides the europe-west4 region you are not able to create an AppEngine project, so if you select a different one then the checkpoint will fail, and you won't be able to complete successfully the challenge. Please verify this lab again

I couldn't progress because required region to use was europe-west4 and was not available to create scheduler jobs nor app engine services . I checked https://status.cloud.google.com/regional/europe
