i think the script who allows to recreate the index.html page with correct websever name doesn't work. I've fixed it by echoing the variable and redirect stdout to /var/www/html/index.html

the startup script does not work, the HERE document is not redirected to the file.

The script has an error, it needs to be Echo "server-id" etc to /var/www/html/index.html not cat.

Having some steps done though UI and some through cli can be confusing. Sugest to show complete flow through both UI and CLI
