The lab would not recognise that I had correctly given SeviceAccountUser permissions to the second user, although I clearly had because the cluster was created correctly at that point

The extra optional step failed, there is possible solution in the lab but the suggested command failed as well esponseError: code=400, message=Cluster is running incompatible operation operation
