Securing Google Kubernetes Engine with IAM and Pod Security Admission Reviews

I have tried this lab twice and neither time have I been able to complete it without issue. Task 1 requires user 1 to grant service account access to user 2, but user 1 doesn't even have the correct permissions to perform that action.
