The "do not deviate from the lab instructions" seems to stifle learning. Perhaps a better approach would be to describe what is explicitly prohibited rather than stifling natural curiosity and exploration while learning?

Good but it would be better if the lab include user creation, group creation and policy assignment to the groups as steps in the lab also (not pre-created). Thanks
