the cloudformation template must be wrong as the users weren't created with the correct policies attached

After logging out of awsstudent, was unable to log in as userthree. Username or password wrong. I tried several times to re-login as awsstudent (was able to), resetting the password of userthree (that seemed to go correctly), re-copying both the login link and the full username of userthree. But every time, when I tried again to login as userthree, I was unable.
