The lab didn't create the pre-defined users correctly and my "awsstudent" account did not have permissions to make any changes.

The user names and group names are too long. The part of the name that makes it unique should be listed first in the long string. You cannot see the difference between the users and groups unless you remove all columns or click on it.

On the step where it tells you to open a new browser to login as a different user, the other way to do that would be to use Incognito Mode. Also, please foreshadow the fact that you will be explaining how to login in the next section. I didn't see the next section because it was off screen and had to figure out how to get the users credentials on my own. I don't know if that is a bad thing because I learned about the system, but it was a little annoying to find it after the fact. Also, for the password change, foreshadow that we will actually be using the users later. As an admin I know how to change passwords, so doing it once is practice enough so I skipped to the next step.
