Very interesting approach to demonstrating and teaching IAM. However, I think that there should be more details and lab excersizes on IAM as this is a very complex topic.

very sad that permissions for user3 didn't work as expected. The tutorial says you don't have s3 access , login as user3 , but I didn't find any difference.

Very good exercise - however it would be good if you can make it easy to open new Console with the user names provided (e.g., userone, usertwo, etc).
