It is very painful to manage all the logging out and logging in again. It was good advice to copy the URL to a text-editor since that helped a lot.

Additional resources? Definitions of terms? Overview of existing AWS managed policies? When do I use an AWS policy, a managed (per account?) policy or an inline one? How do I specify a policy? How to use simulation? Nice for hands-on with the GUI, but weak on conceptual model and practical tasks.
