Some of the things didnt work as mentioned. User Two Login, I did not have permission even to describe instances, while it almost allowed to Launch EC2 instance but later some error occurred. Also, the timestamp of the users were never updated on IAM console

The colunm "Password last used" always showed "never". I sign in/out several times with userone, usertwo, and userthree. That colunm never showed when the user last used their password.
