The steps are simple to follow but the main problem is related to the web interface: I fortunately have more than one monitor and I could follow easily all the steps by putting the instructions on a left monitor and the AWS Console on the right one but I think that it would have been really difficult and annoying to continuously switching from the instructions page to the AWS Console and back again. I think you should put the instructions aside to the "real lab" and all in the same page. In addition to that, the pdf file for the instructions was not very readable since a lot of space was covered by the toolbar on top and there is very little space for reading. The content should be "web based" using a responsive design that adjusts automatically to the screen size and orientation. I can just imagine how extremely difficult could be practicing the lab within a tablet...
