User names shouldn't be as long as what was used on the labs. Realistically, no one would be able to remember that entire string for username. But, I get it, this is a training module. :-)

A little more in depth on the IM, perhaps int he lab to create users and groups(This may be a later lab)

the directions for logging in as another user are unclear. took a while to figure out the first thing you copy goes in the url and the second thing you copy goes in the username field. i thought they were concatenated together into the url.
