I encountered "federation login credentials are being created..... " issues. It took forever partly due to my personal AWS console being already logged on. The steps (docs) should TELL USERS TO LOG OUT OF THEIR PERSONAL AWS accounts first, or use different browsers to avoid the issue. Thus, all my time was spent on trying to figure out the issue, I will have to retake the lab.

Why is there a timer limit?

I was unable to complete the lab due to the following error when trying to use the console link and sign in as the other users. "The AWS page you've selected does not support access for federated users."
