This was my first qwik labs experience and I was very confused about the format. It took me many minutes to identify how to read the document and then use the console, following directions. I ran out of time when reading about logging in as user three to verify granted group access. Therefore, I am not happy with this experience at this time.

I couldn't even get off the first step because of errors. It did not create the three users -- userone, usertwo and userthree. And I couldn't create it because awsstudent did not have the permission needed

This was a pretty basic start, but I guess it's supposed to be.

If you are completely new to taking virtual labs, Amazon’s interface can be a bit overwhelming. Users will need to be patient and look carefully at all toolbars and areas on screen to understand where the lab manual is directing them. The cloud is already a vague concept to most. I feel like the manual does a good job with directing the user around the AWS interface. But, when the lab moves into the Business Scenario section I felt like it just jumped quickly without explaining what the EC2 instances and S3 storage were. I get the concept of the scenario they lay out but the variables they are using relate to the users and groups presented some confusion. I also ran out of time and the system kicked me off before I finished. Why is the introductory lab timed?
