A good-enough introduction. Walks you through some things you might not have noticed on your own. Tips like using "Edit" rather than "Show" to look at the IAM policy is a good heads up, compensating for the UI/UX issue with that page. Manually setting the password in the lab didn't work (it was necessary to use a random password). And the policy for the user in the EC2Admin group doesn't actually look at instance (whereas the user in the EC2Support group could see them, but just not doing anything--as expected). The S3 admin could create folders in the bucket but when trying to delete it, ran into an "unknown error." If it were me, I would have created an intro section that explains what ARNs are, how they work, and where to look up these resources when writing your own policies.

There were provisioning issues with the user accounts. UserTwo should have been able to launch instances, and did not have the permissions to do so.
