Was a good intro to IAM, however the EC2AdminPolicy did not allow usertwo to even view the running instance.

I couldn't get EC2Admin permissions working. Assigned correct role/policy of EC2Admin to usertwo, logged in as the user, but couldn't view or change a running isntance.
